Alberta Health closes A&W in Fairview after food unfit for human consumption found
An A&W located at 10015 – 110 Avenue in Fairview, Alta., was shut down by Alberta Health Services on July 9.
The health inspector found food unfit for human consumption because it was stored at unsafe temperatures in a walk-in cooler that wasn’t in good repair. The sewer was also backed up inside the kitchen from in floor grease interceptor.
