Toronto Police charge Leon Foster and Kevin Lindo with first-degree murder in death of 16-year-old
Toronto Police have charged Kevin Lindo, 45, and Leon Foster, 29, (pictured) both of Toronto with first-degree murder in the death of 16-year-old Kayelin Rider-Downey of Toronto.
On Saturday, June 15, 2024, at 1:49 p.m. Toronto Police had responded to a call for a shooting in the Glendower Circuit and Birchmount Road area.
