Moose Lake RCMP investigating homicide

RCMP Major Crime Services has identified a suspect in the homicide of a 29-year-old male in Mosakahiken Cree Nation on June 7. Police are looking for Terrence Head-Martin, 18. A warrant has been issued on a charge of second-degree murder.

On June 7, 2024, at 6:25 am, Moose Lake RCMP responded to a report of an unresponsive male located inside a residence on Sinclair Street in Mosakahiken Cree Nation. Officers went to the home and found an unidentified deceased male with injuries consistent with a homicide.

Head-Martin is still believed to be in the community or The Pas, and police are asking anyone with information to call Moose Lake RCMP at 204-678-2399. If you see the suspect, do not approach, but call police immediately.
