One man has been charged in relation to an April 21, 2024, homicide in northeast Calgary.
Maninderpreet Singh, 22, has been charged with second-degree murder in the death of Manpreet Kaur.
Investigators believe this homicide is the result of a fatal domestic assault between the victim and the accused.
Singh will next appear in court on May 14.
This is Calgary’s seventh homicide of 2024.
