Cynthia Dixon of Stoney Nakoda has been charged with second-degree murder in the death of 55-year-old Donald Nepoose.
Police say Dixon, 48, was arrested on March 1, 2024, for the Sept. 8, 2023, murder on Stoney Nakoda Nation.
After a Judicial Interim Release Hearing, Dixon was remanded in custody and will appear in Alberta Court of Justice in Cochrane on March 5, 2024.
