Saskatoon, Sask., Police have arrested and charged a 12-year-old male and 13-year-old male with manslaughter in connection a death on Feb. 19. The victim was a 12-year-old male.
At approximately 3 a.m., Feb. 19, patrol officers responded to a report on the 1000 block of Matheson Drive regarding a male youth who had sustained a serious injury. The youth was transported to hospital for further treatment however succumbed to his injury a short time later.
Both males are also being charged with four weapons related offences.
This is Saskatoon’s fifth homicide of 2024.
