Quebec RCMP have arrested Paul Clarissou, 30, from Montréal, for allegedly making threats to kill Prime Minister Justin Trudeau on X, formerly Twitter.
RCMP say the investigation was done by the Integrated National Security Enforcement Team, following a report that Clarissou had made threatening comments.
Clarissou appeared in a Montreal court Wednesday. He was charged Jan. 31.
