Vancouver Police have charged Dwight William Kematch, 39, with second-degree murder in the death of 31-year-old Alexander Lo of Vancouver.
VPD had responded around 1 a.m. Sunday to a 9-1-1 call from a home near Knight Street and East 33rd Avenue. Police officers arrested the suspect inside the home, where the deceased victim was also discovered.
