Justin Goodhand
Richard McCulloch, 36, of Sundre, has been charged with second-degree murder in the death of 36-year-old Justin Goodhand, also of Sundre.
Goodhand was shot on Jan. 25 at a home northeast of Sundre in Mountain View County. He died in hospital a short time later.
Goodhand was from Medicine Hat and worked as a fitness instructor and personal trainer.
Mcculloch has been remanded into custody and is scheduled to appear in Didsbury Provincial Court on Jan. 29. Police say no other suspects are being sought in this investigation.
