Preety Teena Kaur Panesar, 28, has been charged with first-degree murder in connection to the death of a woman in Delta, B. C., on Dec. 18. There is a familial relationship between Panesar and the deceased woman, say police.
Delta Police Department continues to investigate.
Panesar is in custody.
