The Toronto Police Service is investigating a homicide. On Aug. 21, at approximately 1:51 p.m., police responded to a call that someone had been shot at Scarborough Town Centre.
It is reported that officers located a man in the washroom of the mall with injuries, and the man was pronounced deceased on scene.
The victim has been identified as Daniel Amalathas, 19, of Toronto.
