We are asking for the public’s help to identify a man who is believed to be responsible for sexually assaulting a teenage girl onboard a CTrain.
At approximately 4:30 p.m. on Friday, June 6, 2025, investigators believe the unknown man boarded a southbound CTrain at either the Erlton or 39 Avenue station and sat next to the girl. Shortly after, he proceeded to touch her in a sexual manner without consent. The victim shouted to alert other passengers about the incident, and the suspect exited the CTrain at Heritage Station.
The suspect is described as 40 to 50 years old and approximately 5’8” tall, with short, salt-and-pepper facial hair. He was last seen carrying a black backpack and wearing dark-coloured sunglasses, a dark blue hoodie with the hood covering a light-coloured baseball cap, black pants and dark-coloured shoes.
