On March Andy Michael Kytwayhat, 24, was charged with second-degree murder in the September 2021 stabbing death of 19-year-old Tre Delver of GoodFish Lake.
Edmonton Police say that at approximately 3:30 a.m. on Sep. 4, 2021, a seriously injured male was found at a bus stop on the north side of 118 Avenue at 85 Street. EMS attempted life-saving measures but the male died on scene.
The Edmonton Medical Examiner conducted an autopsy on Sep. 9, 2021, and identified the male as Delver. The cause of death was determined to be a stab wound, and the manner of death was homicide.
The accused and victim were known to one another. Police are not investigating any other suspects.
