he Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a man wanted in an Uttering Threats investigation.
On Thursday, December 10, 2025, officers responded to a call for an assault in the Navy Wharf Court and Bremner Boulevard area.
It is alleged that the suspect attended the victim’s address and the suspect, unprovoked made death threats against several people, including the victim. the victim called police and the suspect fled the scene prior to police arrival.
Through investigation, the suspect has been identified as Samuel Giguere, of Quebec. A warrant has been issued for his arrest.
Samuel Giguere, 25, of Quebec, is currently wanted for:
- two counts of Fail to Comply with a release order
- four counts of Uttering Threats
He is described as a male, unshaven, medium build, with short black hair.
At this time, it is believed that Samuel Giguere may have fled to Quebec.
