The Toronto Police Service is investigating the city’s 28th homicide of 2025. On Sept. 2, at approximately 6:50 p.m., officers responded to a Stabbing call in the Kingston Road and Galloway Road area.
It is alleged that officers located the victim with significant injuries. Life saving measures were performed at the scene but the victim, Robert Dawson, 67, of Toronto, succumbed to his injuries.
A female was arrested near the scene a short time later.
Natasha MacCallum, of no fixed address, has been arrested and charged with second-degree murder.
She was scheduled to appear in court at the Toronto Regional Bail Centre, 2201 Finch Avenue West, on Sept. 3.
