Following an autopsy by the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner, the victim of Saturday’s fatal altercation outside of the Commonwealth Bar and Stage has been identified as 21-year-old Jonas Robert NEDD.
The four suspects who were taken into custody following the altercation were subsequently released without charge pending further investigation.
Investigators have spoken with more than a dozen witnesses and are in the process of reviewing countless hours of CCTV. They continue to look for the owners of a dark-coloured Tesla who are believed to possibly be able to provide additional footage.
