On Wednesday, February 12, 2025, shortly after midnight, two men forced their way into a residence in Esler, just West of Williams Lake.
The resident was attacked with an edged weapon and sustained a serious injury. The suspects stole a variety of items from the home owners, including cash. Police believe this was a targeted attack and upon police arrival, both men had fled the scene.
The investigation has determined the identity of both men and Anthony Raven Paradis has been charged with several offences including break and enter and commit an indictable offence, aggravated assault, robbery as well as other offences.
The second suspect was arrested following a search warrant at a residence on 2nd Ave in Williams Lake. During the search police recovered the weapon used in the offence.
Anthony Raven Paradis remains at large and is currently wanted on an arrest warrant. He is considered dangerous and under no circumstances should you approach him or try to apprehend him. If you see him call 911.
