On July 3 at approximately 5 a.m., Wetaskiwin RCMP recovered a stolen vehicle in the town of Millet. Through further investigation RCMP were led to believe that there were more stolen items at rural location not too far out of Millet.
RCMP obtained a warrant to search the property and it was executed by Wetaskiwin RCMP Crime Reduction Unit, Police Dog Services and General Duty Members. Wetaskiwin RCMP recovered two stolen pick-up trucks and a bail hauler from the property.
Bradley Blake, 48, of Edmonton was arrested and charged with possession of stolen property and two counts of failing to comply with release conditions.
Blake was taken before a Justice of the Peace and remanded into custody and is scheduled to be in at the Alberta Court of Justice in Wetaskiwin on July 5.
