Calgary man Christopher Stack, 39, has been charged with first-degree murder in the death of 33-year-old Kyle Schuiling, of Calgary.
On April 3, Alberta RCMP Major Crimes took over the investigation after human remains were located in Rocky View County. They were identified as Schuiling.
After a Judicial Interim Hearing, and two subsequent court appearances, Stack has been remanded and will be appearing in Alberta Court of Justice in Calgary on May 27.
