Alberta RCMP Major Crimes Unit have made arrests in the murder of 59-year-old Clayton Redgun of Siksika Nation that occurred on April 24.
On April 26, charged Siksika Nation resident Richie Lance Bearhat, 27, with second-degree-murder.
Bearhat has been taken before a justice of the peace and remanded into custody with his next court date set for April 29 at the Alberta Court of Justice in Red Deer.
RCMP are searching for the second suspect, David Bruce Drunkenchief, 20, of Siksika Nation. They have charged him with second-degree murder and issued a warrant for his arrest.
RCMP are asking the public to report sightings of Drunkenchief.
He has a medium complexion, is 5-foot-10 and approximately 180 pounds.
He has black hair and brown eyes.
