On Tuesday, January 23, 2024, Toronto Police responded to a call for an Assault at a residence in the Fuller Avenue and Queen Street West area. The victim succumbed to his injuries from the assault on November 23, 2024. He has been identified as Alan Mychaluk, 63, of Toronto.
It is alleged that the victim was assaulted by the accused in a multi-share residence. The victim was transported to hospital with critical injuries. The victim and the accused were known to each other
The accused, Timothy Graves, 56, of Toronto, was located by officers and charged with Second Degree Murder.
He appeared at the Toronto Regional Bail Centre, 2201 Finch Avenue West, on Wednesday, November 27, 2024, at 10 a.m., in room 301.
